Muncy told the court the draft included a $75 minimum fee to compensate contractors who must travel to inspect or respond, and she said she would require proof of insurance and bonding. "That's the minimum," Muncy said when asked about the retainer. The court approved a motion to update the ordinance to add additional penalties beyond a property lien and then approved advertising for bids and the related agreement that includes debris pickup. The court recorded the motion as carried by voice vote.
