Tami Blanchard asked the Select Board to confirm Planning Commission term lengths; the board set the standard term at three years and approved reappointments for Jeff Yates, Lucia Wing and Peter Strife. The motion to reappoint the commission members passed unanimously.
Elizabeth Grant presented the annual Dog Warrant listing 31 unregistered dogs, many repeat offenders, and moved that Chief Tienken be authorized to handle ordinance offenders as he deems appropriate; the board approved Grant's motion unanimously. Vice Chair Julie Isaacs reported that the Housing Committee distributed a Homesharing report and will do outreach at a Third Thursday event to gauge interest in partnering organizations.
Finally, the board considered a citizen offer to donate property at Strattonwald. Beth Grant moved to allow the owner to contact neighbors as a next step; the motion passed unanimously.
