The board also thanked highway crew members for work at Middlebury Cemetery and authorized updating and reposting the Middleton Cemetery Wall Repair RFP to reflect correct measurements; Grant moved to revise the RFP and Boswell seconded. Both motions passed unanimously.
Board discussion noted the RFP will retain the pre-bid date in the updated posting and that Highway staff and the town administrator will ensure accurate specifications before release.
