Board keeps incumbent cleaner but requires accountability checklist

Grant proposed and the motion passed unanimously.
Laura Gianotti of the Winhall Community Arts Center said she would draft a checklist specific to the Center and share it with Bushee; the board asked Bushee to consolidate a single checklist the board can review. The board discussed an accountability system in which cleaners initial tasks to show completion.
