Christie Boswell moved to accept the resignation and later moved to appoint Wallace; both motions passed without dissent.
Board members also approved a motion that Karoline Wallace take over website maintenance and all updates until further notice and agreed that funds to pay a website designer would come from the Town Admin budget line. The board reviewed bills and approved Pay Order Report #93388 in the amount of $65,279.58 and approved the minutes for May 6, 2026 with a corrected spelling.
