Boswell suggested a walkthrough on Friday the 29th at 9 a.m. through the town’s five buildings; Stark and Bushee were assigned to coordinate notices and post the schedule. Bids were set to be due June 15.
The board's decision aims to produce more comparable, competitive bids by ensuring contractors base proposals on the same site information.
