The Lancaster County Board of Assessment Appeals approved a sequence of 26 disabled-veteran property tax exemptions at its March 11, 2026 meeting. Gibson (continued exemption to spouse) for 1327 Fremont St., Lancaster City (parcel 338-23811-0-0000); Seth Detavernier for 163 Boulder Hill Rd., Brecknock Township (parcel 040-32339-0-0000) with exoneration of 2025 county and municipal and 2025–2026 school taxes as recorded; and Eric W. Itnyre for 385 Furnace Hill Rd., West Donegal Township (parcel 160-42638-0-0000). The minutes proceed to list all approved veterans through item 26 (Paul Tillas, 1116 Colonial Rd., Manor Township, parcel 410-70057-0-0000). All motions in the sequence were recorded as made by Richard Boas Jr. and seconded by Chandra Mast, with the minutes noting 'Motion passed' for each approval.
