The council also approved three building permits: a garage remodel and new garage at 402 Easy St, a deck/awning at 302 5th Ave, and demolition and installation of a modular home at 301 Third Ave. The council tabled a decision on relocating electrical service to Hodson Park until staff obtain quotes on costs.
