On returning from executive session, Doug Lucero moved to hire Fred Bush as a full-time employee at $20.00 per hour and Arlo Standing Bear as a full-time employee at $17.50 per hour. Lucero's motion also included raises for Ken Daugherty and George Cortier to $18.50 per hour and permission for Tiffiany Pettit to cash in 120 hours of vacation; Warren Peterson seconded and the motions carried unanimously.
