Council discussed the proposed Drinking Water Facility Agreement with AE2S concerning the Water Facility Improvement Plan. Council members expressed a desire to ensure the city would not pay AE2S for services the Black Hills Council of Local Governments would provide without charge.
Doug Lucero moved to invite AE2S to the next meeting to discuss the agreement's scope and avoid duplicative payments; Randy Kocourek seconded and the motion carried. No contract was executed at the Oct. 8 meeting.
