Rogers County commissioners voted unanimously on Feb. 9 to approve a rezoning request by Verdigris Valley Sod Farms (Case #2660). The approved change rezoned roughly 3.90 acres from AG to AR for a lot split; the remaining approximately 6.74 acres will stay AG and be combined with adjacent AG land.
Deputy Director Brittany Senters presented the case; the public hearing record shows no members of the public spoke for or against the request. Commissioner Dan DeLozier moved to approve the rezoning; Commissioner Steve Hendrix seconded and the board recorded a 3-0 vote in favor.
