At its Feb. 9 meeting, the Rogers County Board of County Commissioners approved a rezoning request for property at 5001 E. 430 Rd (Case #2658) to facilitate a lot split. The change rezoned about 7.99 acres from AG (Agriculture) to AR (Agriculture-Residential) and about 2.0 acres to RST-60 to allow placement of a manufactured home.
Planning Commission Deputy Director Brittany Senters presented the staff report; the record shows "no one present to speak for or against the change." Commissioner Steve Hendrix moved to approve the zoning change; Dan DeLozier seconded and the motion carried on a 3-0 roll-call vote. The board's action implements the planning recommendation and permits the proposed lot split described in the application.
