Martin approves free clean‑up month, election board appointments and routine administrative business

City Attorney Sara Frankenstein provided the state-mandated annual open meeting training for the council during the meeting. The council also approved an extension for Jay Yohner’s building permit for storage units at 204 Portice Street and reviewed past‑due water accounts, voting to handle them "as usual." With no further business, the council adjourned and set the next meeting for March 17 at 5:30 p.m. in the Library Community Room.
