Chair said, “I’ll make a motion to approve application CA-26-018 with the condition that the siding and the trim is of the smooth,” and the motion passed on roll call with five affirmative votes. The commission’s condition requires smooth siding and trim throughout the exterior work; staff will monitor final cut sheets and mockups during permit review.
