Council adopted Resolution No. 27-2024/25 designating individual projects to be funded from CPST III excess, including District 5 paving of approximately 900 linear feet of E. Groom Road and survey work for the Montclair Way Extension. The resolution was approved unanimously.
Staff provided a district-by-district status update: Brookgreen neighborhood resurfacing (District 3) and Monticello neighborhood construction (District 9) are under construction; Montclair Way survey work is complete and the project is in design with a traffic study underway. Council also approved multiple RSMF expenditures, including up to $33,600 for McKeen Lane (District 4), up to $100,000 for Raider Road (District 2 resurfacing assistance), and smaller allocations for drainage and stone work across districts.
