Council members voted unanimously on the third reading for the listed ordinances (Nos. 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45), with Planning Commission recommendations noted in the record. The ordinances list specific tax map parcel numbers in their titles and implement overlay protections tied to the study area; they will be recorded per county ordinance processes.
