Commission conditionally approves TPK 2023 LLC civil plans pending engineering and DNR permits

Mitch said the developer is proposing to use the existing regional stormwater pond and that the applicant’s calculations "are meeting the existing stormwater facilities capacity" pending staff verification. He recommended a conditional approval subject to full village engineering review and necessary Wisconsin DNR/WPDES permits, and he noted the developer must complete contingencies in the developer’s agreement — including transfer of the pond/outlet to the village and a letter of credit for surety. The commission voted to conditionally approve the civil plans, CSMs and stormwater plans subject to those conditions so engineering and permitting work can proceed.
