"So that would be something the contractors are bidding on... I think the earliest things would start probably be what I call the fall timeframe, meaning September," Beam said. Commissioners asked clarifying questions about phasing and completion dates; staff said those details are included in contract provisions and offered to provide additional information at the next formal meeting.
