Trustees approve posting of Silver Bullet Well RFP to begin bond-funded project

Derek Price moved to post the RFP and Justin Shea seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Next steps: staff will receive proposals after the 14-day posting and return to the board with recommended awards at a subsequent meeting.
