Natalie or her representative described the program as a partnership involving Randall and Armstrong counties and thanked the court for ongoing support.
A representative said the drug-court program had rebuilt caseloads to pre-COVID levels and invited commissioners to a Feb. 7 graduation at the Santa Fe Building where seven participants will graduate. The motion to authorize the grant application and allow the county judge to sign the resolution carried 5–0.
