Planning staff informed the commission Dec. 10 that an applicant for a truck-repair development (KPEC) currently under construction expects to request a reduction of a required buffer from about 75 feet to 50 feet along property lines.
Mr. Bassett said the development is under construction and that staff will likely put the buffer-modification request on the January agenda to allow the commission to review the proposal and any documentation. "They want to reduce it to 50 feet along property lines," Bassett said.
No final action was taken; the item was announced so commissioners could plan for the January meeting.
