Parker County awards auto-indexing contract to US Imaging

Parker County’s commissioners voted to award RFP PC25-13 for auto-indexing software-as-a-service to US Imaging Inc., a company whose president described the product as a private-tenant AI indexing system intended to speed and scale land-records indexing.
Scott Robinson, president and CEO of US Imaging, told the court the company “services 1,300 counties across the United States” and that the system runs batches of images securely, returning processed images to the county’s Tyler recorder system. “The solution will achieve about 95% on its own, and then our staff go in and QC the work,” Robinson said, adding the combined process yields data the vendor says is about 99.5% accurate.
County staff told the court the contract amount was included in last year’s budget and will come from special funds collected by the clerk’s office. The commissioners asked about data ownership and AI privacy; Robinson said the county’s data would be kept on a private tenant server, encrypted and not commingled with other counties’ data. The court approved the award by motion (motion carried 5–0).
