Douglas Brown, Constable Precinct 1, requested an exception to the county’s purchasing policy to buy weapons and accessories from Cult Combat Gun Works. County Attorney Russell Malm and Purchasing Agent Kristy Engeldahl explained the need for an exception to the $50,000 purchasing cap for this procurement.
