Summary
The committee approved meeting minutes from four prior dates and requested that future minutes and the agenda use 'full committee' (not 'subcommittee') language, a correction members said is important for record-keeping.

The Budget & Finance Committee approved minutes from May 27, June 4, June 10 and June 22 by roll call during its July 28 meeting.
During discussion, a councilor asked that the minutes and the agenda language be corrected to reflect that the body is a full committee rather than a subcommittee. “We are a fully functional full committee. We're not a subcommittee,” the councilor said, asking staff to ensure the record and future agendas are consistent.
The clerk called the roll and the motion carried; the committee then moved on to new business.
