DOT approves transfer of Concourse Drive parcels to Rapid City

John Tees, right-of-way office manager, asked the commission to approve transfer of three parcels associated with Concourse Drive (part of Highway 16B) to the City of Rapid City. "The request for your consideration is for approval to transfer Lot H1, Lot H4, and Lot H5 as legally described in item number 1 to the city of Rapid City," Tees said.
Staff said the parcels were constructed as part of the Highway 16B project and the transfer is consistent with the prior agreement between DOT and the city; commissioners moved, seconded and approved the transfer on a voice vote.
