The Yates County Planning Board completed its agenda with a series of advisory GML 239 findings on local referrals and several routine announcements. Motions recording no significant countywide impact were adopted for multiple referrals, and the board approved adjournment at 7:50 p.m. (motion by David Adam, seconded by E. Gilman).
The board received communications including a Village of Penn Yan notice of intent to be lead agency for SEQRA purposes and was told by Steven Hullings that two Town of Benton solar farm projects (2025-50 and 2025-51) had been approved by supermajority votes. The board also publicized LULA training on April 27 and a regional planning training on May 28.
