Committee forwards multiple HR and administrative resolutions to full Legislature; proposes new part‑time PIO role

Human Resources Director Kerry Brennan reviewed employee relations initiatives, NYS deferred compensation and retirement consultations, and the annual insurance renewal process. The committee considered an authorization for the County Administrator to sign a renewal agreement with the CSEA Employee Benefit Fund (EBF), an authorization to create and fill a part‑time Public Information Officer and Program Coordinator position, an amendment to Resolution 46‑26 adopting the 2026 non‑union, non‑exempt wage schedule, and the February recruitment and turnover report. The committee registered no official objections to forwarding those resolutions to the Legislature.
