Chair Paul K. Johnson moved the Board into executive session at 3:26 p.m. to consider confidential matters including two Requests for Opinion, Complaint C-09-25, and a current matter that could lead to litigation. The motion to enter executive session was seconded by Mr. Daniel B. Clarino and recorded as carried.
The Board exited executive session at 4:08 p.m. and, on the record, Chair Johnson moved that Secretary LaVelle draft letters to the individuals involved with RFO-05-25 and RFO-01-26 as discussed in executive session and that action be taken on Complaint C-09-25 as discussed. Mr. Clarino seconded the motion. The minutes record the matters considered in executive session as confidential; no confidential specifics were disclosed in the public minutes.
