Bastedo said the Master Gardener coordinator secured many donated seed packets and volunteers assembled garden‑in‑a‑bag packages to hand out at county community events. She also described partnerships for a Backyard Bird Count—partnering with the Saunders Finger Lakes Museum—and youth visits to Wild Wing Sanctuary at Mendon Ponds.
