Board spotlights Quinton Castle for historical reenactment and youth mentorship

The clerk read the citation noting Castle’s reenactment experience, riding skills and community instruction; Castle accepted and thanked family and community members.
The recognition cited Castle’s local roots and scheduled appearances at regional commemorations. "I just wanna say thank y'all, for the bottom of my heart," Castle said during his remarks, adding that he hopes to continue to represent the county and inspire young people.
Board members praised Castle’s achievements and discussed plans to screen the film locally at the county facilities when arrangements are finalized.
