The applicant seeks R‑1 so the existing home could be enlarged or improved; the Planning Commission had recommended unanimous approval. After no public speakers signed up, a motion to approve PD‑25‑10 passed by unanimous roll call.
Separately, staff recommended vacating a central alley to consolidate roughly 1.69 acres into a single residential lot; the board adopted ordinance SV‑25‑1 after a public‑hearing process and unanimous vote. Another rezoning (PD‑25‑11) was deferred at the applicant’s request.
