Morgan Ingram told commissioners the site has significant earthwork and sewer extension work along Route 1; "it's taking quite some time to get it there, with digging through the rock there," she said. Ingram said the hospital project remains on the county’s active project list and that site work and utility extensions are the immediate tasks before building completion. Staff noted that some project elements remain outstanding, including certain landscape work and easements required before final connection to the grid for associated projects such as the Ream Solar Farm.
