Staff also said final recognition of several items remains subject to a pending 14-day call as the year-end accounting is finalized.
The committee moved and approved the budget adjustment by voice vote. Members asked staff to follow up with a clearer breakout of federal, state and local components once the year-end transactions are posted.
The action is procedural approval to recognize and allocate the cited funds into Social Services' 2025 budgets; no new policy was adopted. Staff committed to return with more detailed line-item reconciliations in the next report.
