Yates County schedules April 2 presentations as SMRT revises public safety facility construction management contract

Doug Paddock updated the committee on the Ad Hoc Public Safety Facility Committee's work. He said SMRT is preparing an addendum to the Construction Management contract or a revision to that contract to incorporate changes proposed by committee members and Scott's changes; staff met with SMRT virtually in February and were presented with options.
To present final options and allow Legislative consideration, the committee tentatively scheduled a special Legislative Meeting for April 2 at 9:00 a.m. for final presentations. No final contract execution was recorded at the March 2 meeting; the committee's direction was to have SMRT finalize documentation and present options at the April session.
