Shortly after 6:40 p.m. the board voted unanimously to move into closed session to discuss matters related to reasonably imminent litigation and/or the sale or purchase of real property under Utah Code §§ 52-4-204 through -205. Trustee Justin Shea made the motion, which David Olson seconded, and the recorded vote was 7-0 to enter closed session.
Following the closed-session discussion, Chair Derek Price moved to adjourn; Scott Witkin seconded and the trustees voted unanimously to adjourn at 7:33 p.m. The board set its next regular meeting for Feb. 24, 2026 at Mountain Life Church (delayed a week because of school break).
