Trustees approve minutes and receive 2025 year-end financial report

Trustees voted 7-0 to approve the minutes from Dec. 9, 2025 and the Jan. 15, 2026 board training workshop. Scott Witkin made the motion to approve the Dec. 9 minutes and Derek Price seconded; the subsequent motion to approve the Jan. 15 workshop minutes was made by Justin Shea and seconded by Scott Witkin.
The district accountant presented a monthly financial report intended to close out fiscal year 2025; trustees received the report as part of the meeting packet. The board did not take additional budget actions at this meeting; the financial report is available as part of the board packet link referenced in the minutes.
