Prop A committee members and a public commenter emphasized the conservation value and hydrologic connectivity with previously protected parcels. A public speaker urged the court to proceed, noting the easement would protect drainage into Pleasant Valley Creek and leverage earlier baseline studies from a neighboring conserved tract. Commissioners moved and seconded motions to accept the committee recommendations; both motions passed unanimously.
