Members asked whether Millennium would prepare and submit applications and assist with follow-up; staff said the vendor would prepare and submit authorized applications and provide monthly reporting and access to an application tool.
Committee members said the arrangement should be evaluated after one year and suggested staff keep a running spreadsheet showing awards received versus contract cost. The committee approved the authorization by voice vote.
