The reporting commissioner said the company framed its request as a call for broader stakeholder input and more time for model approvals because some valley models did not align. "They ask that the state engineer not take any action, even a preliminary order, until all of the studies are out and, you know, everybody's had a chance to kinda review them and criticize or support them," the commissioner said.
