The presenters said they had shared the draft with a retired archaeologist, Mr. Murphy, who recommended focusing the images on artifacts most commonly found in Nevada. "Explore Nevada. Report artifacts. Protect our history," the students said as a closing slogan; they asked the commission for feedback before next month’s competition in Sparks.
