Hall County assessors approve conservation-use breach letters, NODs and a late LOA

The board also reviewed and approved current lists of Notices of Determination and releases for real and personal property and authorized related motor-vehicle releases (vote 5-0). Separately, the board accepted a Letter of Agreement (LOA) for parcel #01102 001005 that was not presented before the end of the appeal period; that acceptance passed 5-0.
