Committee recommends five Eagle-area arts groups for FY25–26 grant awards

The Eagle Arts Advisory Committee voted to recommend awards to five local arts groups under its FY2025–26 grant program. Committee member moved and the Chair seconded motions awarding Eagle Plein Air $2,500; the Eagle Jazz and Blues Festival $3,125; Idaho Concerts and Care $3,125; the Boise Baroque Summer Concert $3,125; and the Idaho Regional Ballet $3,125. "We recommend and I...move that we choose to spend $2,500 with Eagle Plein Air," the Committee member said during the meeting.
All motions were seconded by the Chair and passed on voice vote during the agenda item on grant award recommendations (item 3a). The Chair closed discussion on the item after members signaled no further questions. The committee said it will forward these recommendations to the council for final approval of distributions from the Eagle Arts Advisory Committee grant funds for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.
