Board unanimously approves agenda and March minutes; notes conference attendance and sample ballots availability

At the start of the meeting, board member Tomi McCullers moved to approve the agenda; Janet Chapman seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. Later, the board unanimously approved the minutes from the March 9, 2026 meeting after a motion by McCullers and a second from Chapman.
Chief Registrar Martha Davenport said that Tomi McCullers had attended the GAVREO conference in person while other members attended virtually. Davenport also said sample ballots were available for pickup in the Registrar's Office and had been posted to the county website. The board announced there will be no regular meetings in May or June because of the elections.
