Our finance director... failed to submit it Thursday night... she came in personally on Friday morning and submitted it to the bank. The majority of the votes were paid by 09:00." He called the error human and said staff would continue to refine the payroll process to prevent recurrence. The commission discussed communication and timing expectations for payroll submissions during the transition.
