County renews Saddle Club lease and approves View Grill lease to Next Round Events LLC

The arrangement includes a $3,000 payment over the lease period to compensate the county for remaining unused perishable and nonperishable products the county cannot reassign. County officials said renting the restaurant space retains public access to the Community Center while reducing operational expense to taxpayers.
The leases were accepted by the commissioner and documented in the minutes; implementation details and event scheduling remain with county departments and the lessees.
