Development Authority: revenue bond for Panel Built still pending; clerk seeking liability insurance quotes

Davenport also briefed members on planning constraints: private strategic planning sessions are not permitted for Georgia Development Authorities and planning must occur in public board meetings. He noted the Georgia Mountain Regional Commission provides a county comprehensive plan with five‑year updates and that the University of Georgia is producing a county/city strategic plan, with a final draft due by the end of March.
