Commissioners flag $1 million budget shift; council meeting scheduled to reconcile Gateway entries

Theresa Cobian, the commissioners' administrative assistant, told the board that approximately $1 million in budget items had been moved from the commissioners' budget after the F1 forms were submitted and uploaded into the gateway system. She said the changes were made in the gateway by Reedy Financial Group and recommended bringing claims forward for review; commissioners set a council reconciliation meeting for Jan. 8 (9 a.m.–noon).
Commissioner Kevin Patrick asked to meet with representatives from the ARA, Thrive Alliance and Centerstone to review what should be on the claims. Jacque Clements was cited as the staff member who will help identify and fix the gateway entries. The board will consider additional appropriations in January if corrections require it.
