Contractor Kenny told the board that foundation work and the raceway between the two towers are complete and that trenching and conduit placement were finished, with backfilling pending a synkosha concrete pour. “All of it... that's been up to date,” Kenny said, and he added that the remaining hold-up was the concrete delivery from Peyton.
Kenny also said Verizon is coordinating a move to the new Lamoille tower and is waiting on site drawings; AT&T had been offered alternative locations for its generator and had not yet confirmed a choice. The board discussed access and weather concerns — work is possible by 4WD so long as rain or snow does not impede crews — and expects the next set of drawings soon to advance the site work.
