No members of the public spoke for or against the application during the hearing.
Commissioners approved the rezoning with multiple conditions and a lengthy list of prohibited uses intended to limit heavy or incompatible industrial and commercial activities on the site. The motion carried 4‑0 (Shannon Davidson moved; André Castleberry seconded).
