The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of VAC-2025-03, a request to vacate one foot of an interior side utility easement in the Avamore, Boise County Phase 1 subdivision to accommodate a building footprint on a corner lot.
Applicant representative Sabrina Durchee said the lot-line adjustment and easement vacation were requested so a corner lot at 6551 South Charles Place would have an additional foot for the proposed building footprint; she told commissioners that she had contacted all affected public agencies and "received written approvals by them." Planning staff (Caitlin Davidson) confirmed the request shifts the easement and lot line by one foot and recommended the site-specific conditions in the staff report. Commissioner discussion was brief and the commission approved the recommendation with inclusion of staff conditions.
